However, quick call to Jamie soon alleviated my fears. Jamie was understanding of my concerns and agreed that we could view & drive the BMW 135I m-sport without commitment. He also agreed trade-ins for two cars based on pictures provided in advance.
When we met some days later, Jamie was welcoming and professional and most importantly pressure free. He gave me all the time I needed to assess the car and supplied unlimited coffee!
I've rarely felt so assured about buying a car and signed on the dotted line without concern. There was a small knock on the brakes, but as it was late on Saturday the mechanics had left for the day. Jamie suggested I take the car, have it checked at my local garage and he'd pick up the bill, as he knew the that the car had been checked by his team.
Since then the car has been to a local garage and has checked out perfectly. Jamie has supplied warranty papers and my son now has to fight me for the most popular car in the family!
I've since referred two friends to Jamie and would buy from him again without hesitation. As Barrow-in-Furness is not around the corner for most people, my message to anyone reading this testimonial is that the distance is more than overcome by the end result!

The icing on the cake was delivering the vehicle to our door some 283 miles away in pristine condition and with a full tank of fuel, this is something I wouldn't even of expected from the larger main dealers.

No pressure on arrival, just a relaxed atmosphere from staff on site. Took my time and then signed on the dotted line. I traded my old car in and was happy with both the purchase and trade in prices, which I'd negotiated before arriving.
I'd always rather deal with a "local" business where you can build up trust, rather than paying extra for an Audi in an overly fancy franchised Audi showroom. I'd absolutely recommend Jamie and his team....the car is awesome. I'd be more than happy to return in a few years for my next car!

The service and after sales have been first class, as has the openness and integrity of negotiating the specifics of each deal. A couple of after sales matters (new owner parking ticket and missing spare key) have been dealt with by Jamie without any issue, which is particularly impressive given both were outside his / Knightsbridge's control.
By my own admission, I'm ultra-picky about every aspect of buying a car but that has never felt like a problem with Knightsbridge; they entertain my many questions, to the point where I'll occasionally call to ask a bunch of questions about something I'll probably never be able to afford!

Dr Sripada, Land Rover Discovery Sport HSE, DundeeWe have recently purchased a Land Rover Discovery Sport from Knightsbridge Cars and are absolutely thrilled with the new car.
Jamie in sales provided a very professional and efficient service from start to finish. He made sure everything we had asked for was included with the car and also provided a comprehensive warranty. It was also fully serviced to Land Rover specification before delivery and Jamie handled all the paperwork online on the same day.
The V5 and warranty paper work were posted to us within the following days and we even received an up to date 2018 SD card for the Land Rover satellite navigation. The car was priced reasonably and we were given a very fair deal for our part exchange.
Eddie (the gentlemen who delivered our car in Scotland and picked up our old one) was also very thorough in going through the paperwork and talking through features of the car. Having been valeted fully, the Land Rover was in immaculate condition, just as advertised on the website.
Purchasing a car over the phone without prior viewing can be a scary thing to do but Jamie clearly went out of his way to ensure we were happy before finalising the deal. Buying from Knightsbridge cars has definitely been a 5 star experience and we could not recommend them more!
It is a pleasant surprise to see a showroom that can provide both excellent cars as well as such unparalleled customer service and after sales. We shall certainly return to them in future when looking for our next car!

The Lotus Evora S I purchased was in absolutely stunning condition. Even my father who has his own Evora Sports Racer was even a little jealous of it. It was exactly how it was described and they even stuck 4 brand new Pirelli P-Zero tyres on it (which I am definitely thankful I don't need to pay for myself haha) as well as a new MOT and service.
By the time I got back to Scotland I had fallen in love with my new Evora but when/if I do come to purchase my next car, I will definitely be keeping an eye on the stock at Knightsbridge!

I asked allot of questions over a few days regarding if it had 2 keys , service history etc and he answered all questions very quickly and accurately.
When we turned up the car was sitting ready on road ready for test drive HONESTLY the word I used when i first seen the car was WOW!!! it was probably the best presented car I've ever bought second hand attention to detail was a 10/10.
Before we test drove the car Jamie went through that the workshop had noticed the car needed a new MOT and it required 4x new tyres and brakes pads and completed a full service so I had nothing to worry about for a while.
I was amazed by this honesty and the HIGH standards and that they really go out there way to make sure the car is 100% right before it leaves to be honest I think Knightsbridge cars have set the benchmark when buying second hand cars and I will be definitely buying from them again as it has been the best customer service experience that i have ever had from any dealer or dealership in the past and it was well worth the drive from Scotland so a BIG thanks to Jamie and the team
